By accessing and using the AI Data Infra website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

AI Data Infra provides human behavior data collection, annotation, and data infrastructure services for embodied AI and robotics companies. We operate a global network of data collection hubs across Asia.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our data and services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All data, datasets, and deliverables provided by AI Data Infra remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom data collection agreements may include specific IP transfer terms.

The AI Data Infra name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Data Collection & Consent

All data collected through our network is obtained with explicit participant consent. We adhere to international data protection standards including GDPR where applicable. Data subjects retain rights regarding their personal information.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and business processes shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Data Infra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will notify clients of material changes affecting ongoing projects.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and data delivery obligations shall be completed as agreed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.
